When we first started working with Kenny Horton and the team at the Horton Group, we knew they were constructing something special at the Residences at 66 High Street. Their vision was to build an unparalleled luxury community in Guilford.
Now, with multiple HOBI awards, the most recent sale at 66 High Street broke two records in New Haven County.
Byron Lazine and Nicole White of One + Company are the listing agents for the Leete building penthouse, which sold this month for $3.65 Million. It is the only condominium unit to sell over $3 Million in New Haven County.
Before the Residencies at 66 High Street were built, a New Haven County condominium had never sold above the $2 Million threshold. With Horton Group’s vision holding strong, coupled with marketing by One + Company, 66 High Street entered new territory in 2017, with a unit sale over $2 Million. This year, they once again surpassed the record.
In addition to being the highest selling condominium in the county, the penthouse sold for the highest price per square foot, for over $912 per square foot. This also breaks a former 66 High Street record.
At One + Company, we love breaking barriers. Working with other visionaries in the industry, we know there is no limit.
